pretending to be doing something can be so exhausting

a recent work update… today has been very very exhausting because i have nothing to do right now… but this does not mean i have free time… the worst thing about is the pretending to have something to do while in fact you are bored to your brains. anyway… i just need this day to be over soon. some bangalore updates:

today we show an amrita sher gil movie, this movie was also part of the Haus der Kunst Exhibition in Munich. so i am very excited that i finally get to see it cuz when i went to see the exhibition i was running late on time and had to go before watching it. around ten o clock navina sundaram arrived, the director of the film and the niece of amrita as well, so it was nice meeting here and all. and i am excited about tonight. but in the mean time nothing to do… that sucks.

i still have no internet connection on my computer cuz i still have to figure out the different prices and companies and if there is any good deal or offer at the moment. on the weekend i will do that.

last night i went to the biggest bookstore in bangalore, the landmark, and i went crazy. i bought so many books, non-fiction, that i need for university or my master thesis. i think i spent like 70 euros in their. i will send the books to germany per ship. books are very affordable here and i would be very angry later on if i hadn´t bought them.

anyway, another thing i really like about this city is that the riksha drivers drive you per meter here and you hardly ever have to argue about the price. also there are many prepaid riksha driver stalls that makes it easy to come home late at night at a normal 1 1/2 meter price without the arguing.

ok, now i really gotta go back to work…
